Acceptable Use Policy

To protect deliverability for everyone and comply with laws, all customers must follow this policy.

Appropriate sending statistics

  • Complaint rate must remain below 0.08%.
  • Bounce rate must remain below 4%.

Recipient consent and unsubscribe requirements

  • Recipients must have provided valid permission to receive your emails.
  • You must maintain evidence of consent and provide it on request for compliance review.
  • Using purchased, scraped, or third-party appended recipient data is prohibited.
  • You must include a clear sender identity and a functional unsubscribe mechanism in commercial messages.
  • You must honor unsubscribe requests promptly and no later than 10 days.

Prohibited sending purposes

  • Spamming or sending unsolicited, non-personalized mass emails.
  • Phishing or impersonation.
  • Illegal activities or content.
  • Sending that results in high complaint or bounce rates.
  • Malware, viruses, or malicious content.
  • Harassment or threats.
  • Interfering with or degrading the service.

Prohibited sending content

  • Illegal goods or services.
  • Content violating CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or applicable laws.
  • Pornography or sexually explicit content; escort services.
  • Pharmaceuticals, gambling, MLM, or pyramid schemes.
  • Get-rich-quick, credit repair, or payday loans.
  • Brokering contact data for unsolicited messaging, selling followers or likes.
  • Other content that harms deliverability or platform reputation.

Prohibited account usage

  • Do not create multiple accounts to circumvent quotas, rate limits, or restrictions.
  • Do not attempt to hide sender identity, spoof domains, or evade compliance and enforcement controls.
  • Do not use the service to probe, disrupt, or degrade network, API, or infrastructure reliability.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may request campaign details, recipient-consent proof, and remediation plans. We may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy or create risk to users, recipients, or platform reputation. Depending on severity and cooperation, we may provide an opportunity to remediate before disruption. Refunds are not issued for AUP violations. Questions? Email sendwich@vblinden.dev.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post an updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after the effective date means the updated policy applies.
